Verizon HRA cards must be used by Dec 31, 2018

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) card balances must be used by December 31, 2018, or the remaining balance will be forfeited. These are the benefits that were negotiated in the 2012 and 2016 contracts, and came to members on a debit card in the mail following the 2012 contract ratification.
