September 8, 2017. The bargaining committees met this week and discussed monitoring in the Retail stores and Call Centers, and the Company's unilateral changes to the MI-60 assignment in the Call Centers. We will revisit this next week when bargaining reconvenes.

Orange Agreement on Sept/Oct Commission Agreement

We are pleased to report that an agreement has been signed as of today which gives the proposed changes to retail commissions for September and October to members covered by the Orange contract, while protecting the Union's position - which is that we have a standing request to bargain commissions and any and all changes to commissions must be bargained with the Union.

The Bargaining Committee and the Company met today to continue our dialogue on the Company’s proposed changes to Retail commissions for September and October, which many of you saw posted previously on the My CSP. The Company had posted that there would be changes to the plan available to everyone except for members covered by the Orange Contract.

August 18, 2017. This week bargaining focused on commission changes AT&T has planned for September and October. RSCs have seen an update on the “My CSP” page that describes changes including credit for some on-line sales and uncapping the Entertainment component for two months.

July 28, 2017. The CWA and AT&T bargainers met this week via phone conference. Among the many issues we discussed was the new Leave Link process which has caused chaos with our members who need to access FMLA, Short Term Disability, and ADA accommodations to name a few.

We have been busy working on the numerous Unfair Labor Practice Charges that have been filed against the company as a result of the unilateral changes the company continues to make.

AT&T Members and supporters marched down East Fordham Road in the Bronx on Wednesday evening, demanding a fair contract. We may be frustrated, we may be angry at how the company is treating us, but we will not give up until we get a fair contract!
