AT&T Mobility Strike Vote Results

February 9, 2017. THANK YOU TO EVERY LOCAL 1101 MEMBER WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE STRIKE VOTE. 85% OF 1101 MEMBERS VOTED, WHICH IS TREMENDOUS! GREAT WORK EVERYONE. Big news! CWA / AT&T 2017 "Orange" Contract Bargaining Report #12

February 6, 2017. The Union and company resumed bargaining today with both sides having multiple clarifying questions. As stated in the last bargaining report, the Union passed language last Saturday on multiple major issues. The company, as expected, had multiple questions about our proposals. Our proposals are fair and reasonable but the company is too greedy to accept anything that would help our members, their employees.

We Need All Hands on Deck to Win a Fair Contract at AT&T Mobility

Members across the region are mobilizing. CWA Local 1101 Chief Stewards and Stewards at AT&T Mobility are talking with retail employees, call center workers and technicians to make sure we have everyone's updated information. We're also asking members to cast their ballot on strike authorization. Voting yes for strike authorization doesn't mean we'll automatically go on strike, but it gives the union leadership the ability to call a strike if necessary.

Tentative Agreement Reached with AT&T Mobility

Members Vote to Reject AT&T Mobility National Bargained Benefit Plan

The results of the Mobility National Bargained Benefit Plan Agreement ratification vote are official. Members voted to reject the NBBP Agreement, with 55.05% voting no, and 44.95% voting yes. Information about next steps will be put out when it is available. Information about the Agreement that was voted down can still be found on the cwa-union.org/mobility-nbbp web page.
