CWA & VZ Letter Urging Cuomo to Extend Vaccine Eligibility to Telecom Workers

Attached please find a letter from CWA District 1 Vice President Dennis Trainor, and Verizon Senior VP Kevin Service, urging Governor Cuomo give Verizon's front line telecommunications workers immediate priority eligibility with other essential workers for COVID-19 vaccinations.

"Despite the enormity of their contributions, New York State has not yet extended Phase 1B "essential worker" status to frontline telecommunications for the purposes of vaccine eligibility."
