Many of us work for Sanky because of the unique opportunity it’s mission provides: a chance to make our world better. 

For nearly 50 years, Sanky Communications has survived and thrived through hard times by transforming. As the company transitions and transforms now, it is truly more important than ever to ensure that workers have a seat at the table to drive the decisions that affect our work, and thereby, our lives. 

We, the workers of Sanky Communications Incorporated, have formed a union with the Communications Workers of America to ensure that all current and future employees have the support and security needed to not just do their best work, but also be the best versions of themselves. 

We’re forming a union so that it provides a legal structure for our demands.

We’re forming a union to ensure true equity, transparency, and democracy at work.

We’re forming a union to ensure fair compensation, pay transparency, and inclusive benefits — and to establish real processes for true accountability.

We ask that Sanky’s leadership voluntarily accepts our union. This union effort is a commitment to our mission, our work, our clients, and ourselves.
