CWA Work Stoppage for Black Lives - 8 min 46 sec

Local 1101 members stopped working for 8 minutes and 46 seconds yesterday, joining CWA members across the country to commemorate George Floyd and to show solidarity with the movement for Black Lives and racial equality.

Members at AT&T Mobility locations, Liberty Health rehabilitation facilities, Verizon central offices and call centers, manholes, basement feeders and offices, from all of our bargaining units, working from home and in the field, stopped work and stood, sat or kneeled in solidarity with the growing movement for racial justice.
