CWA Survey on Vaccination

CWA has launched a national vaccination survey for members. It is strictly voluntary.

We want to know what you think about COVID-19 vaccines so we can make sure we provide you with information you need to make informed decisions about vaccinations. The survey is for all members whether you have had a vaccination, plan on getting a vaccination, or do not want to get a vaccination.
