Early voting in New York and New Jersey is underway. You can vote early between now and November 6, or you can vote on election day November 8, 2022. This is a critical race! We need to make sure we elect representatives who will stand up to to greedy corporations and have the backs of the communities they serve. Great Job CWA Local 1101 Warriors!

We raised more than $13,000 to support the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraiser in the Bronx on Oct 23! And we had a great time doing it! CWA Local 1101's Women's Committee did an amazing job. Thanks to everyone who walked, donated, and supported.

American Latino history is rich, diverse and long, with immigrants, refugees and Spanish-speaking or Indigenous people living in the United States since long before the nation was established. Their fight for civil rights throughout history have fueled and have been fueled by other social justice movements, like the African American Civil Rights Movement and the fight for equal employment and education among immigrants. The Latino civil rights struggle, like the struggles of all people of color is ongoing and still today we continue working to address the less visible but very important inequities in our society.
