Local 1101 Mobilize Workers Ratify First Contract

More big news from CWA Local 1101 this week. Workers at tech company Mobilize who joined Local 1101 last year have just ratified their first union contract!

Their new contract includes annual 3% salary increases, just cause, layoff protections, recall rights, limits to contracting out bargaining work, increased paid parental leave, codification of the 40-hour work week, flexible scheduling for employees who work long hours, and more.
