RIP Marty Shannon, Retired CWA 1101 Business Agent
Martin (Marty) Shannon, retired CWA Local 1101 Northern Business Agent passed away on Sunday, August 4th, 2024. Marty was a Steward, Chief Steward, and Business Agent in Local 1101. He was a leader and a fighter on the picket-line and on the shop floor, representing outside plant technicians in grievances and arbitrations throughout the Local for many years.
We extend our deepest condolences to Marty's family, and thank him for his many years of service and dedication to CWA Local 1101's members and their families.
