Summer Camp Reimbursement for Verizon CWA members

The Summer Camp Reimbursement Program for Verizon workers, a bargained for benefit under the Regional Work and Family Program, is open for 2023. The reimbursement amount has been raised to $2,000 per family.

You can access Summer Camp Reimbursement Information and the Application here. Full applications, with all required materials, must be postmarked by September 15, 2023. The application requires a signature by the Camp Director, so it's helpful to get it when camp is in session. Reimbursements will be in the Dec 15, 2023 paycheck.

You can participate in either Summer Camp Reimbursement or Dependent Care Reimbursement, but not both at the same time.

You can access information on all Regional Work and Family Programs, including Dependent Care, Health & Wellness (gym membership reimbursements), Pendant Program (medical alert devices), College Book Reimbursement (NEW!)  and Defensive Driving, on the Regional Work and Family website.

The Regional Joint Work/Family Committee is a bargained-for committee established in 1990 made up of six Senior Level Verizon Managers and six Local Union Officers.
