The Orange Bargaining Committee has been meeting with AT&T since January. After nearly four months of hard-fought bargaining, we are excited to announce we have a Tentative Agreement that your bargaining team unanimously supports and that you can be proud of. Sanky Communications Workers Ratify First Contract

Workers at Sanky Communications Inc overwhelmingly ratified their first contract with a 92% approval vote. Sanky workers joined CWA Local 1101 in May of 2025. They work remotely across the country, helping non-profits build and expand their fundraising programs through direct mail appeals, paid media fundraising, and digital media development. Sanky members faced multiple challenges while unionizing, including lay-offs mid-bargaining, but they stayed united, mobilized continuously to push bargaining forward and won a solid first contract.
