It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news that Ed Baxter Jr, former CWA Local 1101 Chief Steward and retired CWA District 1 Staff Representative passed away on June 28. Ed spent a lifetime helping to build and support CWA Local 1101 and CWA locals throughout District 1.
