Call Center Bill Passes NYS Legislature!

Thanks to the hard work of many CWA members the NYS legislature passed the Call Center Retention Bill requiring the State to protect its workforce and retain workers when a call center contract changes hands. Great job! Thanks everyone who sent an email, made a phone call, attended a rally or visited a lawmaker. All respect to the EZPass workers who worked so hard on this, so whats happening there doesn't happen again
