Ballots for changes to the CWA Local 1101 By-Laws were mailed to all CWA Local 1101 members by the American Arbitration Association. The language for the proposed changes can be found in the article below. A full copy of the Local's existing By-Laws can be found there. Ballots must be received by the American Arbitration Association by April 20, 2023 at 5pm. Look for your ballot in the mail and make sure you vote!

CWA President Chris Shelton Announces Retirement

CWA President Chris Shelton, who has spent over 50 years fighting for the rights and dignity of working people, announced last week that he will not seek re-election at the CWA Convention in July. In a letter to local officers, he wrote that it was a “tough decision” prompted by family health concerns.
